Choose Aloha
Therapy?
I was raised by a village...men of absolute grit and the fiercest of women, in a traditional and very large Hawaiian family. I was raised in aloha.
I learned through experience the value of ‘ohana, through story-telling the power of ho’oponopono to resolve the worst of conflicts. I was groomed to share my makana, mana, and ‘ike with anyone who needs it.
I am educated and mentored in the treatment of mental health from a Native Hawaiian perspective.
